Artist Statement:
We know each other by our lines, a quote from William Blake that personifies why I create continuous line drawings of the photos I make. We are all connected and if you look really closely you will see the line that draws us all together.

Artist Bio:
Deanna Flinn is a multidisciplinary artist living in the West End and has called Vancouver home for over 15 years. Deanna began taking photos at age 12, is an editorial and portrait photographer, and in 2010 started using her photos as inspiration for her continuous line drawings. Recently she has translated her work into murals and community-engaged art installations.
