The Beauty of Nature - Linda Treliving
24 X 18 Canvas Print
$375.00
At family events, Linda always had a camera in her hand as she captured memories of special occasions and images of the people in her life. She started out with a point and shoot camera and then around 2013, she bought her first DSLR camera and joined the Abbotsford Photo Arts Club. Linda discovered the delight of seeing the world through a camera lens.
An avid gardener, flowers are Linda’s all-time favourite subjects to photograph. She also loves capturing images of people, old buildings, and antique cars. Quirky and unusual sights will also get Linda reaching for her camera.
Born in Nipawin, Saskatchewan, Linda has lived in Abbotsford since 1946. She has been in agriculture for most of her life. Now retired, Linda has discovered that photography has helped her to really see the world out there in many different ways. A self-taught photographer, she credits APAC photographers with inspiring and teaching her many aspects of her craft.
Finding it calming to be outside with nature and its beauty, Linda pursues her photography with a passion that gets her out exploring her environment. She has exhibited her work at The Reach, the Abbotsford Wine & Art Walk, Kariton Art Gallery, and at Tanglebank Gardens/Brambles Bistro.
