Artist Statement:
My artwork takes a view of “womanly”. Often referencing feminism, my work explores the varying relationships between society, myself and art. Having engaged subjects as diverse as the women rights movement. My work is collage, it is a noble technique, many times I visualize my work before doing it, or sometimes I don´t. I do work inspired by the works of women, including my country where I was born: Mexico, I see and living the lack of rights of women are not respected this made me become a feminist.
