Join Wendy Haffner for a hands-on painting workshop exploring the character and colour of coastal trees. Using colour theory as a guide for mixing paint, participants will create a small painting capturing the distinct style of a coastal tree — a great opportunity to build confidence with colour mixing while working alongside a skilled instructor.

Wendy Haffner has been an artist all her life, working across glass blowing, glass sculpture, drawing, and painting. She was faculty at the Alberta University of the Arts for four years and now works as a painter and instructor. She is an active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists, Granville Island, and the Fraser Valley.
