MMIW - Chantelle Trainor-Matties

Acrylic on Canvas
11 x 14
$400

This piece was created specifically for a debut at Perception. I painted this piece to draw attention to the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls in my own way. Depicted is a painterly human skull representing the tragic outcome for these women as well as the red hand print that symbolizes the violence against these women.
