Artist Statement:
Bears! They’re in the woods, the mountains, out there around us, trying to live their best lives. They’re hungry, curious, and sometimes just tired, perhaps lazy, anyways they’re doing their thing just like us.

These paintings are an exploration of our woodland neighbor. I’ve used simple shapes, bright colours and energetic brush work to express these charming creatures.
