Ink & Imagination
The Abbotsford Arts Council is pleased to announce the open call for Ink & Imagination, an exhibition featuring works of black & white illustration, exhibiting July 6 – 27, 2024, alongside featured artist Julia Martens, at the Kariton Art Gallery.
The AAC is seeking submissions of black and white illustrated works, using any of the following mediums:
Pencil, Pen, Ink & wash, Charcoal, black/grey felt tip markers.
Artists may submit only ONE piece for consideration.
Participating artists must be resident in British Columbia, with preference given to artists residing in the Fraser Valley. Artists from outside BC will not be considered.
All artworks must not have been exhibited at the Kariton Gallery previously.

All sales from the exhibition are subject to a 30% commission.
By submitting, you are granting permission to the participating organizations to use images of artwork accepted into the exhibition for publicity purposes. Selected artwork will be displayed digitally by the Kariton Gallery via the Abbotsford Arts Council, and images may be shared/re-posted publicly by participating social media pages and websites.
