Fashion Through the Ages:
A Collaborative Exhibition Presented by Fraser Valley Stage (FVS) and the Abbotsford Arts Council (AAC)

The Abbotsford Arts Council invites artists to submit original artwork inspired by the history of fashion and costume through the ages.

As part of this collaboration, Fraser Valley Stage will be providing historical and theatrical costumes for display within the exhibition. Artists are invited to create two-dimensional artwork that explores, interprets, or is inspired by fashion, clothing, costume, and personal adornment from any historical period—from medieval attire to mid-twentieth-century style and beyond.

Please note that AAC is accepting visual artwork only. 

Accepted Media
Original works only in watercolour, acrylic, oils, coloured pencil, ink, or graphite.
No prints or reproductions, please.

Opening Reception: 12-2pm, Saturday, October 3, 2026
