The Anonymous Art Show is back!

Online Exhibition
Extended until December 31, 2020

The Abbotsford Arts Council is pleased to present the 6th annual Anonymous Art Show Fundraiser as a digital exhibition hosted here on our website.

When does the show start?

The show will go live at 7pm on November 1st – so get in quick to purchase your favourites before they’re gone!

What is the Anonymous Art Show?

The Anonymous Art Show Fundraiser showcases art that is submitted anonymously by members of the community – from emerging artists to seasoned professionals – to be featured and sold in a lightly juried exhibition in support of the arts. The show enables the community to support emerging artists and gives the buyer an opportunity to take home an artist’s original work at an affordable price!

How much do the paintings cost?

Each piece displayed in the show is on a 12”x 12”x 1.5″ canvas and will be sold at $100 each.*

Fifty percent of the proceeds go right to the artist, and the remaining fifty percent stays with the Abbotsford Arts Council to help us support the arts (and those who create it) and fund valuable programs like free community events, exhibition space, arts initiatives and much more!

When will the artist’s names be revealed?

When a piece is purchased, the work will be marked as sold and the artist’s name displayed. The Abbotsford Arts Council will announce each participating artist on Instagram @abbotsfordartscouncil as their work is sold.

When can I pick up my painting after purchase?

Purchased paintings can be picked up at the Kariton Art Gallery (2387 Ware Street, Abbotsford). After we receive your order, one of our staff will contact you with details to arrange a pick up time.

*Due to a local shortage of canvases in the correct size, some works may be on canvases of a shallower depth, but all are 12×12″.
