The Kariton Art Gallery invites artists to submit work for Summer Skies, an open-call exhibition inspired by the beauty and wonder of summer skies—from golden sunrises and stormy afternoons to clear blue days and star-filled nights.

Submissions may be in any of the following media: watercolour, acrylic, oils, pastel, or coloured pencil.

Exhibition Dates: July 4–25, 2026
Opening Reception: 12-2pm, Saturday, July 4, 2026

Artists residing in BC are welcome to apply, but preference will be given to artists living in the Fraser Valley. Artists from outside BC will not be considered.

Artists may only submit ONE piece for consideration.

All artworks must not have been previously exhibited at Kariton Art Gallery.

Sales are subject to a 30% commission. Artworks are not required to be for sale, but please note that we are unable to offer artist compensation beyond sales opportunities at this time.
