1. Entrants must live in Abbotsford or make a significant impact on its arts community (they can live elsewhere if this applies).

2. Each entrant can only be submitted in one category.

3. Past winners (except last year’s winner in the same category) and previous non-winners can be nominated again.

4. Current Abbotsford Arts Council staff and directors cannot be nominated.

5. Judging is based on 90% artistic achievement and 10% community contribution.

6. Artists of all levels—from beginners to professionals—are eligible; choose the category that fits best.

7. If someone is entered in the wrong category, they may be moved to the correct one
