About the Artists
Tim Ross Packer is a self-taught landscape artist living in Chilliwack, BC. His work is rooted in a deep connection to the outdoors — shaped by a childhood spent hiking, fishing, and wandering the mountains of rural British Columbia.
Those early experiences continue to guide his creative process today. Tim paints to slow down, to pay attention, and to share the quiet moments that nature offers — whether it’s the calm of a still lake or the rhythm of a river cutting through rock.
His paintings reflect the familiar landscapes of BC; the rivers, lakes, and forested trails that many of us hold close. Through his art, Tim hopes to offer viewers a sense of place and a moment to breathe.
He is grateful to everyone who has been following along, offering kind words of encouragement or has brought a piece of his work into their home — each bit of support continues to fuel his journey.

Eric Hotz has been working as a full-time artist, illustrator, and designer for over 30 years.
Erics’ art is inspired by the nature that surrounds him. Focusing on the exploration of natural history and biophilia– an innate tendency to seek connections with nature. He often goes out exploring the many outlying regional parks for their lakes, ponds, streams, forests, meadows, mountain views, and even alpine regions, all within a 2-hour drive from his studio in Maple Ridge. Eric believes there are many beautiful locations close to where he lives, waiting to be discovered and turned into paintings.
