Artist Statement:
Medicine Man is actually a medicine person, in the sculpture there are four sides. Medicine Man, Buffalo Woman, Spirit Bear, and male and female waists sharing legs. This piece shows the connection of male and female beings and points to how we all come from Mother Earth growing up and out like the tree.
