The Abbotsford Arts Council is pleased to announce the open call for our second ever Big Tiny show! This is an exclusively in-person show hosted at the Kariton Art Gallery featuring tiny art from artists of all stripes!

The Big Tiny is open to any and all artists with small work – 4″ x 4″ to be precise. These can be works on canvas, wood panel, or even paper, fabric, or photographs! The AAC is looking for local artists of all skill levels and ages to create works of diverse styles, subject matters, and mediums. All work submitted must fit the exact size requirements and works that are not on stretched canvas or cradled panel must be framed. For framed pieces, the frame itself must be 4″ x 4″, meaning the actual art will likely be even tinier!

Non-members are limited to 3 submissions. Members may submit up to 10 pieces.

Each piece displayed will be priced at $75 and subject to the standard 30% commission if sold. You can elect to donate all the proceeds to the Abbotsford Arts Council if you want to support more community arts programming! Pieces that are purchased will stay on display until the end of the exhibition.

All submissions must be dropped off at the Kariton Art Gallery by 3PM Saturday, May 20. The Kariton is open Thursday – Saturday from 11 – 3.
